On May 2, the staff of our library and the members of the BOTA youth intellectual center organized an event dedicated to the Day in the framework of the charity event "For the Soul and Heart" for veterans and employees of the medical and social institution "Nursing  Home No. 1 of Karaganda city of Karaganda region" Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

 Participants of the event heartily congratulated respected veterans on the May holidays, wished good health, long life and thanked for the peaceful sky over their heads.

The literary and musical composition "No one is forgotten and nothing is forgotten" included the songs "Katyusha", "Атамекен", "Сәйгүлік", performed by Ergali Manap and Erasyl Muskinov, poems of famous Kazakh and Soviet authors M. Makatayev, F.Ungarsynova , E. Asadov, performed by M.Kh. Fahrutdinova, Gakku Zhumabekova, Әmirzaaz Elaman, Yerbulan Hұmarbek and Ayaulym Zhumabaeva.

The holiday program did not leave any of the spectators indifferent. In conclusion, when the song of David Tukhmanov and Vladimir Kharitonov "Victory Day" sounded from the stage, veterans in the hall amicably picked up the words of their favorite song.

Everyone was in a good mood, the employees of the Nursing Home and the Disabled received a letter of thanks from our library.
