On January 16, the staff of our library held a discussion of the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan from January 10, 2018. "New opportunities for development in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution".

The annual Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is one of the most important events for our country, since in it the Head of State determines the key directions of the state's development at a time when "... the world enters the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, an era of profound and rapid changes: technological, social ".

The message includes 10 priority directions of development of the country in 2018. The staff of the library were fully acquainted with the text of the Message.

The whole group took an active part in the discussion. Acted as the head of departments, and ordinary librarians.

Great attention was drawn to the 7th section "Human Capital - the Basis for Modernization", which sets tasks for public health, education, and the social sphere. The librarians of the President's words noted that the building of the nation's potential requires the further development of our culture and ideology.
