On the eve of the celebration of the Victory Day in RJL. named after Zh. Bekturov, the events dedicated to the 73rd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War were held.
One such event took place on May 5. The conversation "Ұлы Жеңіс беттерінен" - "Pages of the Great Victory", dedicated to the 125th anniversary of IV Panfilov, and the history of the Panfilov division, was held for students of secondary school № 48.
The event began with a minute of silence, the guys honored the memory, those who did not return from the war.
The students were told about the little-studied heroic page of the battle path of the legendary Panfilovites - Snowy campaign of January-February 1942.
Before the Panfilov division was set an incredibly difficult task: to go through deep snow, forest paths and clearings to the main line of defense of the enemy, break through it, and then, raiding the deep rear of the fascist troops, go to the city of Kholm, where to join the troops of Kalinin front.
The snow trip was not only long and hard, but also truly heroic. Immortal feat during its implementation was committed by Tulegen Tokhtarov, Vasily Pudovkin, Boris Novikov, Anna Maslova, Abdrashit Batyrbekov, Malik Gabdullin. Their names are schools and streets in Russia, their memory is revered in Kazakhstan. The librarian told the guys that the details of this heroic campaign were reproduced on the basis of memoirs and notes of the survivors of the Snow Campaign of the Hero of the Soviet Union Malik Gabdullin, Hero of the Soviet Union Baurzhan Momyshuly and many others.
Major General IV Panfilov was killed on the battlefield on November 18, 1941 near Volokolamsk. The battle path of the legendary Panfilov division is a clear confirmation that the struggle for the ideals of good and justice unites people of different nationalities and cultures in a single noble desire for victory, the presenter noted.
The Panfilov division, as such, earned its eternal memory of grateful offspring with its combat history.
