May 18 at the library as part of the World Famous Literature Club's "Famous Books", an event was held - an oral magazine "Gashek's World Recognition", dedicated to the works of the Czech writer, satirist, journalist Yaroslav Gashek.

Students of the College of Fashion, as well as the librarian of the college Alipbiyeva Nariman Kaiyrbekovna took part in the event.

The oral journal consisted of 3 parts. In the first introduction, the librarian of the reading room Slambekova B.N. acquainted readers with the autobiography of Ya. Gashek.

The main part of the oral journal was made by students who prepared information about the work of the famous Czech writer. Participants in the event also prepared an analysis based on the writer's novel The Adventures of the Brave Soldier Schweik.

At the end of the meeting the slide "Monuments to Švejk" was shown. In the reading room, a thematic exhibition was organized, the works of a Czech writer with whom all present could see.
